AUTHOR PROFILE
Heriberto Moreira Cornejo is a scientific fire and explosion investigator, forensic expert, certified instructor, and science communicator, with more than 30 years of professional experience in the fire field and extensive investigative experience across the legal, industrial, and insurance sectors. Throughout his career, he has conducted fire and explosion investigations, professional training, and technical consulting in several countries across Latin America and Europe, working with public service institutions, organizations involved in the administration of justice, and internationally operating insurance companies. His experience combines complex field investigations, professional education, and the application of scientific methodologies to the determination of fire and explosion origin and cause.
